Plenty of sun at midday. Expensive electricity at night.
A home battery stores that sun for the evening. We help you choose the right one for your home, and a licensed local installer fits it.

The problem
What you have spare at midday is worth almost nothing.

At night you pay more than 6 times as much.

And when the grid goes down, your panels go down with it.
On 28 April 2025 the whole Iberian Peninsula lost power. A standard inverter switches off at that moment, even in full sun. With panels but no backup, you sit in the dark like everyone else.

The solution
A battery chosen for what you use, not for the seller's catalogue.
Your sun, at night too
Use what you have spare at midday over dinner, instead of buying it at €0.22 per kWh.
Power in a blackout
With a hybrid inverter with backup, the essentials stay on. You choose which.
The right size
We size it on your bill: not a battery you never fill, nor one that runs out.
We help you choose: we compare several brands, explain the price including VAT (IVA) and a licensed local installer fits it. You deal with us in English.

Panels switch off
A grid-tied inverter disconnects when the grid goes down.
A battery alone is not enough
You need a hybrid inverter with backup or island mode.
kWh and kW are not the same
kWh is how long you last; kW is what you can run at once.

- What your panels produce at weekends, for you.
- The essentials keep running
- Cold rooms, pumps, servers and alarms.

Power during a blackout
Only if the system has a backup function: a hybrid inverter with an EPS output or island mode that separates your home from the grid. Without it, the battery switches off just like the panels. In the assessment we tell you which circuits are covered and for how long.
A second home on the coast
With backup, the fridge, alarm and cameras keep running in a power cut while you are away, and you can check the battery in its app. Tell us if the house is often empty: we take that into account when we size the battery.
Dealing with us in English
You deal with us in English or Dutch. The installer is a licensed Spanish company; we coordinate with them and follow the Spanish paperwork for you, up to the legalisation.
The tax deduction is for residents
The 10% income tax (IRPF) deduction is only for people who pay income tax in Spain. If you are not resident, it doesn't apply to you. The IBI and ICIO discounts from your town hall do, because they go with the property.
If you already have solar panels
It depends on how much you export to the grid and when you use power. If you have a lot spare at midday and buy in the evening, it usually pays. We work it out with a bill and your inverter details.
Whether your inverter can take a battery
Some can, others need a new hybrid inverter or an AC-coupled system. Send us a photo of the inverter label on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.
A virtual battery is not a real battery
A virtual battery is a way of billing: your supplier turns what you export into euros and takes them off later bills. It stores no energy, so it gives you no power in a blackout. A real battery stores the energy in your home and, if the system has backup, keeps the essentials on when the grid goes down.
How long a battery lasts
Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries usually come with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty, with an energy limit and a guaranteed minimum capacity, often 60%. Not every brand gives 10 years. On top of that you have the 3-year legal guarantee as a consumer in Spain.
If your installer no longer exists
We check your installation, tell you what state it is in and whether it can take a battery, and find a local installer for the maintenance.
What we do with your data
We use it only for your request. For the visit and the installation we share it with the partner installer in your area. Nothing else.
